Refund Policy

MTMOT products are annual subscriptions and digital goods. This policy sets out when a refund is available. It sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which are not limited by anything below.

Subscriptions (apps, workbooks and community)

Every MTMOT subscription comes with a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of your initial purchase. Within those 14 days you can request a full refund, provided you have not made material use of the product.

“Material use” means you have started using what you paid for — for example, exchanging messages with CJ (your AI companion), completing or opening the reflective and tracking work, or otherwise using the product’s features. Because these products deliver their value the moment you begin, the cooling-off period no longer applies once material use has occurred.

You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Cancelling stops the next annual charge; the current paid period runs to its end and is not partially refunded.

Notion templates and one-off downloads

Templates and other one-off digital downloads are delivered instantly and in full. A refund is available within 14 days of purchase only if the template has not been downloaded or used.

Coaching

One-to-one and group coaching are personal services arranged directly with Carla. Their refund and rescheduling terms are set out in your coaching engagement agreement rather than this page.
