MTMOT

Strategy 4 One

The Strategy 4 One Diagnostic

The founding offer counts down: four moves, three small group sessions, two clear decisions, one written action brief. You have run strategy for organisations your whole career — this runs it on the thing in front of you now.

Founding price USD $795

The fit call is free and decides one thing: whether the diagnostic is the right next step for where you are standing. If it is not, you will hear that plainly.

Need judgement on the work in front of you right now, rather than the direction decision? See Executive Shadow.

What the diagnostic is

The pre-session diagnostic

Before the first session you complete a short structured diagnostic, so the work starts at the real issue rather than the introductions.

Three small group sessions

Live working sessions with Carla, run on the same Strategy 4 One discipline behind every MTMOT framework — a handful of leaders in the same season, never a crowd. If your round doesn't fill, your sessions run one-on-one at the same founding price.

Two clear decisions

The direction decision — what you are deliberately putting in the past, and where you are pointing instead. Then the commitment decision — what you will actually put behind it: the resources, the route, the next step. Most people have been circling both for months; the sessions exist to make them.

One written action brief

Both decisions, the reasoning behind them and a 30-day direction, written down so they survive the week you return to.

Four moves across three sessions

Strategy 4 One is four moves — assess your reality, act on your assets, adjust your direction, reset for momentum — and the three sessions walk them in order.

Session one — Assess your Reality

What is actually true: where you are standing, what interrupted or outpaced you, and what the diagnostic surfaced that you already half-knew.

Session two — Act on your Assets

What you already hold that the way forward can run on — and the first decision, made: what belongs in the past, and the direction you are choosing instead.

Session three — Adjust and Reset

The second decision, made: what you are committing to the direction — resources, route, next step — and the 30-day momentum plan the written brief captures.

Three entry versions

The discipline is identical; the door decides what the sessions are pointed at — and who is in the room with you. You pick by where you are standing.

RECLAIM

For the leader whose career was interrupted — the sessions work the reinvention decision you keep deferring.

EMPOWER

For the professional whose tools changed faster than they did — the sessions work where AI belongs in your practice and where it never will.

ELEVATE

For the organisation adopting faster than it is deciding — the sessions work the one call your leadership team keeps circling.

Where it leads

For some, the brief is the engagement — decisions made, direction set, done. Where the sessions surface a bigger piece of work, they become the natural first step into RECLAIM, EMPOWER or ELEVATE coaching, and that conversation happens at the end of the third session, not before it.
